Oded Nir & Derrick McKenzie Ft. Jenner McKenzie: Alive (Suntree Records)

Suntree Records boss (and amazing bass-playing wizard!) Oded Nir teams up once again with top drummer and producer Derrick McKenzie (of Jamiroquai fame) on their second collaboration "Alive", which features on Oded’s soon-to-be-released third album, ‘Indoor Life’.

A slice of contemporary dance floor soul, with summer stamped all over it, the song features vocals from Derrick’s daughter, Jenner, who delivers a sweet catchy vocal that breezes over a warm, dubby laid-back groove.
