Exotic music from Israel in the shape of an artist called 'Kutiman' a multi instrumentalist and master of funky world grooves.

Opener, 'Saluf' is an absolute stone cold solid gem that builds round a killer organ riff and some exceptionally slinky guitar riffage. This enticing slow burner should become a classic in any deejay's bag worth his salt. The rhythmic interplay and cross patterns really cut the mustard. It builds and builds with call and response synth and horn lines dominating proceedings. It almost reminds me of The Who's 'Baba O' Reilly'! It's electro afrobeat feel is a marvel and shows great looping and programming skills. This is exciting and unusual music.

'Badawee' is a different animal all together dominated by a lolloping drum beat that sounds as if John Bonham has been resurrected. Massive middle eastern riffs reign supreme too,it's an absolute penny banger waiting to be dropped on an unsuspecting dancefloor! You heard it here first Kutiman is the bomb! Double knockout dynamite!
