Most of you will know the brilliant singer/songwriter Tasha LaRae as the lead female vocalist from the legendary hip-hop band, Arrested Development. In recent times she has spread her musical wings, moving and shaking on the soulful house scene, becoming a much in demand voice for some of the scene’s biggest producers. With a successful music career spanning a couple of decades, it's surprising Ms LaRae has not embarked on a solo album release until now...but now is definitely her moment to shine!

"Tasha" boasts 13 superb songs where authentic stories of love, loss and positivity are brought to life by Ms LaRae’s irresistible vocal performances over contemporary Soulful House and authentic R&B grooves.

The album is made up of some excellent collaborations with highlights including "Caught In The Middle" with AR bandmate Speech, a stunning cover of Angie Stone’s classic "Wish I Didn’t Miss You" with John Morales and DJ Spen and her recent single "Ready" with Jay Kutz, among so many more including Rhemi, Master Mello, DJ Kemit, Sebb Junior, Soulfuledge, Jihad Muhammad, Beat Rivals, Earl Tutu & John Khan and Opolopo.

It seems the whole soulful fraternity are lining up to work with this fine set of pipes and this album is testament as to why. What’s not to love!
