Soulful soothing and joyous with a good dose of angst and yearning from this new, promising and tremulous Australian singer-songwriter who cuts quick to the chase.

Captivating all and ultimately uplifting, this girl oozes class... Now based in London, she is fortunate to be bolstered by a stonking ten piece band that includes heavy hitters Quentin Collins, Brandon Allen and the cherubic, guitar gunslinger G! Artie Zaitz!

The material straddles between old school and neo-soul with flashes of gospel genius no doubt infused by JimWatson's sterling B3 playing and without sounding deliberately retro or kitsch.

Tracks like "Sugar" definitely cut the mustard and her towering voice is a constant presence throughout. Put simply, this is a damn fine debut EP.
