After six years from their last gold record status album "Combo" released on Universal Music, the Bluebeaters return upholding a tradition (that first came out of 60's Jamaica which included artists such as The Skatallites, Desmond Dekker, Toots & The Maytals etc) to devastating effect...

Taking a humdrum Oasis neo anthem and turning into a slice of rough house rocksteady riddim, it's safe to say this highly authentic music has a jumpy happy beat! Liam's nasal howl is replaced with some very soulful vocals, bolstered by a crisp and spry rhythym section, beautiful honky-tonk type piano and horns to die for (even managing to throw in a Hendrix quote!)

The Bluebeaters, the leading Ska exponents from Italy, are back baby! Blowing up a storm, and yes this is the way they roll! Watch out for their new album which hits later this month. No wonder David Rodigan is a fan, it's so easy to see why!
