An A-List celeb pairing of Mr JT and Nelly Furtado back the ground-breaking production talent that is Timbo for what is a much anticipated single outing for the man.

He often shuns the limelight I'm told, as he's much happier behind the mixing desk making other people's beats - for a small fee of course. "Give It To Me" is a club banger, a kind of slowed down ho-down as it were, with the usual busy Timbaland riddims present and a slightly menacing flute running the duration. The chorus really works too, lifted by some strong synth pads and lead by country girl Nelly. Lifted from his new album "Shock Value", which features everyone from Elton John (shock!) to The Hives (horror!) and which we are informed, is sequenced like a movie, with a non-stop flow and story line. So if this single is a taster of things to come, then the plot could be something like Deliverence meets Clockers.
