Having sold millions of albums worldwide, toured the planet (practically), and still so young, is there anything stopping this star? Having just coughed out her last album “LOUD”; she returns to the music world with “Talk That Talk." This album starts with the head turning “You Da One”, a summer anthem, even though its winter and very bbrrrr in London! It warms the soul, and adds excitement to next summer, which is very far away!

“Where Have You Been” is about Rihanna searching for love in her life, the heartache of not finding the right one and “Where have you been cos I never see you out”, perhaps she’s looking in all the wrong places? The producers Rihanna works with always know how to pull the best out of her, even if her music isn’t to the reviewers’ particular tastes. Having appeared on the USA and UK X-Factor to promote her albums debut single “We Found Love feat. Calvin Harris” is possibly the best song off "Talk That Talk," it has decent melodies and catchy lyrics, though slightly repetitive. The introduction to the song is clubby and then it builds up to a club anthem.

Overall, “Talk That Talk” is surprisingly okay due to how soon after they released it since "LOUD." Jay-Z collaborates with Rihanna on the albums title track. He never fails to deliver character in his lyrical delivery. At 1: 18 minutes long, “Birthday Cake” could be recalled as bad, but its not half bad, adding a bit of juice to the album as some of the best songs in the world were recorded under less than 2 minutes.
