I wasn’t sure what to make of this, so will leave it open to you – the viewers – to decide. Anyway, this 2-dvd set features Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes (“Crazy Sexy Cool”) and Aaliyah (“Losing”) who each made an indelible mark on Hip Hop and R&B.
Lisa was the most outspoken member of TLC formerly Second Nature, one of America’s most successful girl bands, who also made a name for herself as a rapper, dancer, and composer. She died in a car crash on 25 April 2002 – a total tragedy. R&B singer, model and actress of considerable note, Aaliyah Dana Haughton also died far too soon in a plane crash on 25 August 2001.
Each dvd – without music – runs an hour and pays homage to the two talented ladies; examining their lives, careers, inspirations, and their untimely deaths. Mmm, still not sure, but without doubt, they died far too early. Not fair!
