Delon feat Mr. Vegas: Put Your Hands Up

Together, Sri Lankan rapper Delon and Jamaican Mr. Vegas have been creating music for over twenty years. So the single which they both collide on is full of their collective wisdom and sounds like they are intent on grabbing themselves a US number one rather than cash in on their respective combined fame.

The track will no doubt make the casual listener think about the Slumdog Millionaire soundtrack and in turn they’ll recall Delon’s outspoken views on M.I.A and her political stance, (Google it if you don’t know what I’m on about) which is all good. It’s been a long time since rappers stirred up delicate issues and thrashed out their beliefs in public on records instead of talking about sex and cars. Keep it up.
