Quite often in films, the plot will involve a scene in a club, where a supposedly famous and cool band are playing. More often than not, this fake band, with its fake crowd of fans, looks very realistic, but are playing what the film producers think is cool music, which turns out to be dreary and forgettable tired old songs with clichéd lyrics.

Karton seem to actually be that fake band. I wonder why Karton even bothered recording this song in the first place, everything in it has been done so much better by hundreds of other artists time and time again.

Maybe they are just easily distracted and after recording it in 1984 (the year it sound like it was written in) took twenty six years to remember to release it. In the spirit of the hook, Karton don’t care what I say anyway, which is good because I don’t care what Karton say either.
