2009 saw British soul star Mica Paris release her first original studio album in ten years. Now with subsequent release 'Born Again' (album title track) comes a new tour with a date at London's prestigious Pigalle - And you could win tickets....
Before the question to win the tickets, here's a lil' chart catch-up with Ms Paris... In 1988 the artist released her debut, platinum-selling album 'So Good', from which she had her first top ten smash hit 'You Are My One Temptation'. Then came self-styled masterpiece 'Contribution' in 1991, quickly followed by the majestic 'Whisper a Prayer' with hits 'Never Felt Like This Before' and ‘Wanna Hold On To You’ in 1993. Her mesmerising 'Black Angel' album was released in 1997 which spawned the chart climbing ‘Stay’ and ‘Carefree’. You may also remember in 2001, a collaboration, this time with Dave Gilmore and Jools Holland on Screamin' Jay Hawkins' classic track, 'I Put A Spell On You', which once again topped the charts....
