TIMBALAND & STORCH BEEF IT UP!
During a show in NY's Marquee, club goers have told the NY Post that as Timbaland performed Give It to Me and rapped the line, "Scott Storch, I'm a real producer and you just a piano man." is then alleged to have shouted "Scott Storch is a b*tch!"
The seemingly pointless feud has been bubbling for a couple of months now, after Timbaland took a swipe at Storch on the afore-mentioned track which features Justin Timberlake and Nelly Furtado. Timbo raps: "I get a half a mil for my beats/You get a couple grand. Never gonna see the day that I ain't got the upper hand. I'm respected from Californ-i-a way down to Japan. I'm a real producer and you just a piano man."
Storch struck back with the track Built Like Dat. Within his lyrics were the lines: You tryin' to lose weight, tryin' to get some respect, Still ain't lose that pack of franks out the back of your neck." Storch also has lyrics accusing Timbaland of stealing producing credits on Timberlake's song "Cry Me a River," a song which Storch worked on but was not credited.
Storch's track also has a pop at Timbaland's pal Nate "Danja" Hills with the lines: "Your boy Danja got to hate you with a passion, man/He makes the hits while you taking all the credit, damn! I know the feeling, I'm with ya/Won't you tell them how I made that sh*t 'Cry Me a River.'"
