Having already announced The Jacksons, George Benson, Herbie Hancock, Robert Glasper, Laura Mvula and Gregory Porter amongst the superstar acts who will be performing at this year's Love Supreme festival...the final wave of acts perpetuate the momentum of quality, completing one of the most impressive festival lineups to be seen anywhere this year...

New acts, who will be part of this standout event's 5th-year celebrations, include; sax wonder Kamasi Washington, honey soaked vocals c/o Corinne Bailey Rae, jazz-funk heroes D'Influence - fresh from their '18 year' reunion live date, UK soul royal Mica Paris and many, MANY more...

Special mention, last issue's cover stars, Blue Lab Beats, who we have raved about from day 1 or -1 even!? And in your eyes, are destined for HUUUUGE things, also make the long list. Well done guys! Can't wait to catch you live!

Another notable mention is the increasingly popular club nights, which are set to make a return in impressive fashion with Incognito Vs Brand New Heavies, Island Records present Vintage Remix, Tru Thoughts and Jazz FM’s Funky Sensation. Plus newbie, Jazz in the Round, which offers yet more late night live music.

Lastly and fittingly, a few words from Festival Director, Ciro Romano, who is pleased, to say the least - and so he should be - with the Love Supreme lineup, the must-attend festival's "strongest to date". The deft mix of diversity within the jazz/funk/soul/pop/R&B spectrum is second to none, as it would appear Love Supreme are not content with merely ticking boxes with their artists choices but instead, are assertively thinking outside them by securing "an incredibly broad mix of internationally acclaimed" talent, who complement a well planned and finely blended, "unique, varied festival that appeals to music fans around the world.”

Bravo Ciro and Love Supreme Festival! We couldn't have put it better ourselves!
