Win Soundcrash Funk & Soul weekender passers + chalet for 4
The inaugural Soundcrash Funk & Soul Weekender takes place from 13-15 May at Camber Sands Holiday Camp, East Sussex. The line-up includes a plethora of stars from the worlds of; Funk, Soul, Latin, Afrobeat, Northern Soul, Ska, Swing, Hip Hop and House and many other subgenera in between - with a capacity set at 3000, this perfect mix of music and music lovers, have an opportunity to sample a little of what they fancy and a lot of what they want.
Those already announced inc; Roy Ayers (headliner), George Clinton, DJ Afrika Bambaataa, Alice Russel, Craig Charles, Quantic, Gentleman's Dub Club, Tony Allen and Tinariwen, Taylor McFerrin, Andrew Ashong, Haitus Kaiyote, Andreya Triana, Onr, Harleigh Blu, The Milk, Fatima & Eglo Band, Norman Jay, Mr Scruff, DJ Yoda, Dele Sosimi, Renegade Brass and latin guv'nor / finger on the funk pulse DJ, Snowboy. In fact, there are over 30 artists and well over 40 DJ's on their way to Camber Sands in May, whose sole mission is to make sure this is going to be one hell of a party!
Other exciting weekender things to do inc; Live Band Karaoke, Brass Bands, Music Quizzes, Northern Soul Dance Classes, South London Soul Train Stage and Live Brass Band Soundtracked Crazy Golf Tournaments! I kid you not!
