After making her mark with her million selling debut "Seasons Of My Soul" (2010), Karen Carpenter - Ooops Sorry! - Rumer has announced her follow-up with the brand new album called "Boys Don’t Cry" (May 28 on Atlantic Records).

The premise of the album is a compendium of lesser-known covers from the '70s, and not just any lesser-known covers, they will all be covers made originally by men. The chaps in question who's material is revisited consist of the likes of Ronnie Lane (and Ronnie Wood), Todd Rundgren, Townes Van Zandt, Leon Russell, Isaac Hayes, Bob Marley and Tim Hardin.

A mix, I think you'll agree, which will be well worth checking out - roll on Rumer!
