JAKI GRAHAM IS TO BE SET FREE
British soul singer Jaki Graham, who has recently completed a sell-out arena tour of the UK with Michael McDonald, is to release the 25th Anniversary Special Edition of her 'Breaking Away' album on 23 August 2010 via Cherry Pop Records.
This release will include bonus tracks like – extended versions of 'Set me Free' and 'Breaking Away'; 'Still In Love' (lights down – lower mix); 'Luv 2 Much' (too much 12” mix) and the 7” version of 'Breaking Away'. This is followed by the Demon Music Group’s release of 'Absolute Essential – The Very Best Of Jaki Graham' in October.
This 2-disc package includes a collection of her hits on the first disc, with the second devoted to her international releases from Avex which have never been available on cd in the UK before. It includes the US hits 'Ain’t Nobody' and 'Absolute E-Sensual', plus the track “Through Your Eyes” written for Jaki by Michael McDonald. An extensive promotion campaign is planned with Jaki undertaking radio and tv spots across the country. She will also be promoting her own range of chocolates via leading chocolatier Paul Wayne Gregory. They will be available to purchase from his website www.paulwaynegregory.com.
Jaki Graham is also patron of the Dreamgirls Charity based in the North of England, and as such regularly performs at The Trafford Centre in Manchester.
