Drake postpones european leg of The Away From Home tour
Hip Hop megastar Drake has had to postpone the European leg of his egerly awaited 'The Away From Home' tour due to a family emergency. The dates are rescheduled to this coming November; All tickets will be honoured.
Drake "Despite my best hopes, it is apparent that my mother will need surgery earlier than anticipated. In light of this news, I have made the difficult decision to cancel my European tour in order to support her during her recovery, just as she supported me through the years. I cannot thank my European fans enough and look forward to performing abroad soon. I ask everyone to please respect my family's privacy during this time."
While Drake will not be performing at the festivals Hove, Roskilde,
Wireless, Les Ardentes, Oxegen, and T in the Park – all of which will go on as scheduled - Drake will be announcing headline shows in each of the respective countries in the near future.
