LIL' MO: COMEBACK

LIL' MO
LIL' MO

Lil' Mo is to release her first album 'Pain & Paper' after 4 years, on her new independant label HoneyChild Entertainment in late August.

She is known for her vocal appearances on hits such as Ja Rule's "Put it On Me" and Missy Elliott's "Hot Boys", and more significantly her own hit single "Superwoman" featuring New York's rapper Fabolous back in 2001. She has switched from record labels Irv Gotti's Murda Inc. with her Based On a True Story album, to Cash Money Records from where she never released a third album. However she has now established herself independantly with her label HoneyChild Entertainment.

Her up-coming album Pain & Paper follows her struggle and focus to achieve, Lil' Mo told a source "where much is needed, much is required,." Mo's Pain and Paper efforts feature a guest re-appearance from Fabolous, alongside acts from Trina, Da Brat, and Kat Williams, with production from Brian Michael Cox. "Sumtimes I" is the first single to be released off the new album, featuring Jim Jones.

Pain and Paper is scheduled for release late August.
