Britain's premier soul singer Omar, released his 6th studio album 'Sing (If You Wan't It)' last year which featured an array of star guests including Stevie Wonder, Angie Stone, Common, Rodney P and Estelle.

Now he returns to Camden's Jazz Cafe for a three night stint on May 25, 26 and 27. With tickets priced £20 in advance (or £25 door) and available on 0870 060 3777 or book online at: http://www.jazzcafe.co.uk
or: www.meanfiddler.com

Support act is Bare Knuckle Soul, a collection of poets, musicians and singers from Sheffield. With no official release to date, the collective has, however, aroused interest from Trevor Nelson, Gilles Peterson and Ras Kwami, gaining an underground stir with a rare 4-track demo EP of their earlier work floating around Radio 1.
