It’s quite an achievement for a night to last six years in the volatile and competitive world of Central London clubbing. It’s even more impressive when it doesn’t sell out musically in order to achieve such a status.

Happily, it’s a feat currently being enjoyed by the ever-expanding Sintillate organisation, which recently reached the half-decade milestone with its flagship Friday nighter at the classy CC Club, near Leicester Square.

Each week, residents Cutski, DJ SD and DJ Nikki blaze it up with a lively selection of R&B, hip hop, old school party classics, and maybe even a touch of funky house. B&S made sure it was in the place to witness the birthday party, which was as hot as ever. Word has travelled well, too, as the night regularly attracts clued-up heads, rather than the usual generic crowds that can flock aimlessly into other spots nearby.
