Other sublime talent on offer for your delectation includes; A big welcome back to Lemar! Fighting fit and ready to rumble, as this R&B heavyweight gets back in the groove saddle once again… KWABS, shifts up a few musical gears as he readies himself for the big time… Ty Dollor $ign, high on life and dropping comment on friends; Chris Brown, Wiz Khalifa and Kanye West among others… They don’t come more legendary than Blues’ icon Buddy Guy, who grants B&S a rare interview - we also include an extra feature, as Guy talks about his special relationship with his, now sadly departed, life long fellow Blues’ legend and friend, BB King, not to be missed is an understatement…Rhyming in time and at last singing from the same hymn sheet, the Bakery Boys talk tinkering with their style and the hard work that has gone in to getting their mix just right… We go back to the future with Rasheed Ali, as the funked-up styling of 1968 is explored / brought alive and kicking into 2015…and talking of something different, we introduce Kelvin Jones, who is another artist who we think could be HUUUGE in the future. Plus, plus, plus… we celebrate 20 years of V Festival, go backstage at Colne’s Great British R&B Festival on Alligator Records’ night, we delve deep into Prince’s new album and challange his royal funkyness to a drinking game (who said half pint?!) and I don’t know how, but we have just get enough time to start our all-time top 500 singles chart!
